It is hard to pick from one's past album because each photo is tinted with a memory, a kind of emotion, a state of mind. To choose that picture means that it is the cross-section in life that one wants to demonstrate to the outer world, to strangers and acquaintances. it is a social mask so one could possibly get tired of it. Caring it might mean that one does not have a better thing to care about. It is hard when a person realizes that oneself is not important and others do not care as much. it is a relief and a suffering. because one becomes self-concious that one should not be self-concious.
